Benjamin Jatlow is Director of Information Technology at High’s of Baltimore, Inc. (Hanover, MD). Founded in 1947, High’s currently owns and operates 75 convenience stores in Maryland and Delaware under the trade name “High’s Dairy Stores,” including 53 store/station combinations with gasoline, diesel, and kerosene fuels. Inside, High’s Dairy Stores serve customers with a wide convenience offering including the famous High’s branded ice cream and dairy products, old-fashioned milkshakes, hot & cold beverages, assorted grocery items, and a QSR-style food service program.

As Director of Information Technology, Ben is in charge of both corporate and store level IT operations. His primary focus is ensuring that High’s realizes maximum return on investment in IT initiatives. Ben is also responsible for critical applications including corporate ERP, store back office, business intelligence, point-of-sale, customer self-service, and helpdesk.
