Henrique Guterres has a BA in Business Management from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA in Business Management at PUC – RS, an MBA in Retail at IBMEC-RJ and a Masters Program in Marketing at PUC-RS, Brazil.

He has Sound experience in Retail and Franchising and has 17 years of working experience at Ipiranga Produtos de Petroleo S.A., which is the Master Franchisee of am/pm in Brazil. He is a store manager, responsible for over 1100 stores. Henrique is married and has a baby girl.
