Matt Green has over 23 years of restaurant and retail experience.  He is currently responsible for managing the payroll, benefits and compensation programs for Enon, Ohio-based Speedway LLC.  The company operates over 1,350 convenience stores in seven Midwest states – Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Wisconsin and West Virginia – primarily under the Speedway brand.  For the third year in a row, Speedway has been recognized as the Highest Ranked Gasoline Brand in the nation by the prestigious Harris Poll EquiTrend® survey of more than 25,000 consumers.

Matt graduated from Wright State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and is currently working on his MBA.  Since joining Speedway LLC in 1999, he has held various payroll and personnel administration positions.  In January 2011, Matt was named to his current position as Manager of Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation. Matt and his team manage the Human Resources suite of responsibilities for approximately 19,000 Speedway employees.
