Christi Frizzell has over 15 years of convenience marketing experience. She is currently responsible for driving retention and increasing member engagement through the industry-recognized Speedy Rewards® loyalty program of Enon, Ohio-based Speedway LLC.
Christi joined Speedway in 1995 as a store manager after receiving her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. Since joining Speedway, Christi has held various category management positions. In December of 2006, Christi assumed her current role as Manager of the Customer Relationship. Christi’s team is focused on customer communications, data analytics and program development designed to build and retain customer relationships. Her work directly impacts a significant portion of the approximately 2.0 million customer transactions that occur at Speedway on a daily basis.
Speedway LLC is the fourth largest company owned and operated gasoline-convenience store chain in the United States with approximately 1,380 stores located in seven states in the Midwest. For the past three consecutive years, Speedway has been named the highest ranked retail gasoline brand in the U.S. in terms of brand equity by Harris Interactive’s EquiTrend Brand Study.
