Katherine Clark, SPHR functions as Director of Human Resources for Pacific Convenience & Fuels. Katherine possesses 15 years of broad-based human resources experience, spending the last 10 years of her career in the convenience store industry. She has expertise in consulting and coaching managers and employees, creating and implementing performance appraisal and succession planning systems, team building, change management, career development, development of training programs and recruitment.
Prior to joining Pacific Convenience & Fuels, Katherine served as Human Resources Manager for New West Petroleum. During her last two years with New West Petroleum, she additionally took on the role of Operations Manager, overseeing 36 locations and four Area Managers, as well as Environmental Compliance. Katherine's human resources experience also includes serving as Employment Manager for Maloof Sports & Entertainment, as well as Human Resources Specialist for Six Flags Marine World.
Mrs. Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Sonoma State University. Katherine earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation from SHRM in 2010.
