Paul Joined Topaz in 2006 having held the position of Vice President Human Resources and Operations for Statoil Ireland. Following the acquisition of Statoil Ireland in 2006 by Topaz Energy Limited Paul headed up the HR and Health and Safety function before taking over Marketing and Category management in 2009. Paul holds an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (MSc HRM) from Sheffield Hallam University. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Board member of Retail Excellence Ireland and has spent his entire career in the retail industry.
