Currently serving as the Director of Food Research and Development with Kwik Trip, Inc. based in La Crosse Wisconsin, where he is nick named “The Food Guy”; Bressi started working in the food industry at the age of 14 and has worked in kitchens all across America. He is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI. Bressi has also been a Chef Instructor at New England Culinary Institute where he taught for many years and an Associate Dean at Stratford University. With a growing interest in new food technologies and trends; Jim left academia and began his career in the captivating world of Food Research and Development, first with LSG Sky Chefs then with Compass Group. Bressi has over 25 years of food industry experience and is considered one of the foremost leading innovators in our industry.
