Harry is currently the Chairman of Monical's and prior to May 2008, was the president since 1993. In addition to his duties as president of Monical's, Mr. Bond has served the hospitality industry throughout his career. He is the past Chairman of the Financial Officers Study Group of the National Restaurant Association, a former member of the executive committee of the Countil of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers, and past Vice Chairman of the Certification Governing Board of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. In August 2003, Harry was awarded the "Commitment to People" Award, given to industry CEOs who establish a company culture that demonstrates a belief in the value of the people.
