Cathy Barber has been in the gasoline business all her life, having grown up in her father's service stations in Brockton, Mass. For over 30 years she’s worked for major oil companies or gasoline distributors as well as operated her own service station and c-store. A graduate of Brown University, Cathy is the incoming President of the New England Convenience Store Association (NECSA).
Ms. Barber chairs the Connecticut Legislative Committee for NECSA, testifying on gasoline and convenience store issues. She was presented with the 2007 Legislative Leadership Award in appreciation of her enthusiastic efforts on behalf of c-store operators. Since 1993, Cathy has been dedicated to L. E. Belcher, Inc. as the Connecticut Sales Manager. Belcher is a multi-branded gasoline distributor and convenience store operator based in Springfield, Mass.
