NACS Show 2008 attendees are encouraged to take advantage of discounted airfares and car rental rates with selected companies.
Airfare Discounts

Book Online and Receive a 5% Discount
United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for people attending the NACS Show. Purchase your ticket online at www.united.com and receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares. After linking to www.united.com:

All available flights will be displayed for you. Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a red star symbol, which means that the itinerary is "electronic certificate eligible." When you select an electronic certificate eligible flight, United will automatically calculate and present your discounted fare.
This special offer applies to flights to or from the U.S. only. There are no fees for booking online. Note that the code 577ZD is case sensitive and the characters need to be capitalized.

Book Over the Phone and Receive a 2-15% Discount
Simply call the United Special Meeting Desk at (800) 521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID 577ZD to receive a 2-15% discount off applicable fares, including First Class. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount (on most classes of service). This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED and United code share flights (UA*) operated by US Airways, US Airways Express and Air Canada. There are no fees to use the 800 number.
International Attendees Receive a 7-15% Discount
International attendees will receive a 7-15% discount off the lowest applicable fare (excluding First Class) when they call their local United Airlines reservation number. Please refer to meeting ID number 577ZD. Discounts apply to Lufthansa (code share) flights.
Car Rental Discounts
Hertz will offer NACS Show attendees discounts of up to 20% off the applicable rental rates when reservations are made in conjunction with United Airlines air reservations. Please use the Hertz discount number CV02R30006. For more information, please call Hertz directly at (888) 444-1074.
