It has come to our attention that a housing agency representing itself as NACS's hotel booking agent for the NACS Show in Chicago, October 4-7, 2008, has been contacting exhibitors (and possibly attendees) to make hotel reservations on their behalf. Please note, CMR is the only official housing and registration agent for the NACS Show 2008. Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by NACS and could result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement or inflated room rates for exhibitors or attendees.
