Round-Up Volunteering

The Best Networking Opportunity for Suppliers at the NACS Show
Connect with your customers and increase your company's visibility at the NACS Show.

What is Round-Up?
Round-Up is a program of the NACS Supplier Board and provides an opportunity for NACS Show exhibitors to assist their customers in having the best trade show experience possible. Selection of days, times and stations is on a first-come, first-served basis. Round-Up Volunteers provide a cheerful greeting and assist attendees in finding their way around the convention center.

Why should your company participate in Round-Up?
Round-Up activities place volunteers from your company in front of Show attendees and provide an indirect marketing opportunity for your company before the show floor opens.  Volunteering will build your company's brand awareness and your company will be noticed as being a company that cares about its customers and the industry.

What is involved in being a Round-Up Volunteer?
Each volunteer signs up to work during a certain block of time during the NACS Show. The areas in which volunteers serve include: registration, bus drop-off areas, workshops, general sessions, and receptions.

When are Round-Up Volunteers needed?
Suppliers can volunteer for time slots based on their availability. Round-Up volunteers can sign up online beginning July 1, 2010.

Recognition
Companies that participate in Round-Up activities receive special recognition:

  • Their company logo is placed on the Round-Up Recognition Board, which is in a high-visibility area in the convention center. (See our graphics guidelines to submit your logo.)
  • Round-Up companies are recognized in the Program Directory; and
  • NACS provides a sign for exhibiting companies to place in their booth indicating their participation in Round-Up.
