Important Dates

DATE	IMPORTANT DATE/DEADLINE
April 2	Housing reservations open online.
April 2	Exhibitor Badge Registration opens. Login information will be e-mailed to the Tradeshow Contact.
Late May	Begin updating your Exhibitor Directory Listing Instructions on how to update your listing, your user name and password will be e-mailed to the Tradeshow Contact. Proofread all information before submission - all listings will be posted as submitted on the NACS site. This includes typographical errors. Unless your exhibitor directory listing is updated, it will only show general contact information on our website and in the final printed NACS Show Program & Directory onsite.
June 1	Final balance of booth fee due. Cut-off date to receive 100% refund on booth cancellations and reductions of space (if square footage can be resold), minus $250 administrative fee.
July	Online exhibitor service kit available to all Tradeshow Contacts to begin orders for material handling, utilities, furniture, carpet, etc. Limited hard copies of the service kit will be available. Please contact your account manager to request service kit binder.
August 6	Deadline to submit Hanging Sign graphics, renderings, and details to NACS for approval. Note: Only island booths (20’x20’ or larger) can display hanging signs.
August 6	DEADLINE – Company listing in NACS Show Program & Directory. Submit all text and contact information to be published.
September 7	Notifications from exhibitors using Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors and insurance certificates due.

October 8:     11:30am - 5:30pm
October 9:     11:30am - 5:30pm
October 10:    9:00am - 1:30pm
