What are the move-in and move-out times?
The NACS Show is a targeted show for move-in. For larger tradeshows, booths are assigned a targeted move-in time to facilitate the orderly arrival of freight and materials into the exhibit hall. Usually shipments received before or after this date are assessed a penalty charge. For the move-in time that applies to your specific booth please review the Color Coded Targeted Move-In Floor-Plan in the Shipping/Material Handling section of the service kit (available online June 2010).
The NACS Show exhibit hall closes at 1:30pm on Friday, October 8. For the safety of attendees, booth dismantling may not begin until 1:45pm. Exhibitors are reminded that it is against Exposition Rules and Regulations to move-out any display equipment or materials until the published move-out time. (Please note: It may take a minimum of 3 hours before crates and empty storage containers are returned, so please allow ample time for outbound flight reservations.) | |
