The NACS Show is headed to Las Vegas in 2012 - and you won't want to miss what we have in store.

Exhibit Hall Layout
The NACS Show exhibit hall is organized into 5 main areas of exhibits (shows within a show) and exhibitors must qualify to be in one of these five areas:

  • Facility Development & Store Operations
  • Petroleum Equipment & Services
  • Food Equipment & Foodservice Programs
  • Technology
  • Merchandise, Candy & Snacks

December 2011 – Priority Pre-selection
Available to: NACS Hunter Club and PEI Priority Club Members
Hunter Club and Priority Club Companies support NACS and PEI at a significantly higher dues level, and are afforded the opportunity for early booth selection.

February 6, 2012 – Members Only
Available to: NACS Supplier and PEI Members
On February 6, all current NACS and PEI supplier members in good standing will receive the exhibitor prospectus and floor plan via direct mail and e-mail. Contact your account manager for details. (All members as of January 1, 2012 will be included in this mailing.)

March 2012 – Open to all applicants
After priority pre-selection and current member space assignments, exhibit space sales will open up to all suppliers. To be added to the mailing list, submit your contact information online at nacsshow.com/expoinfo.

Booth Costs
$32.50 per sq ft – Member Rate (NACS* and PEI Members)
$42.50 per sq ft – Non-Member Rate

  Minimum Booth Size: 10’x10’ (100 sq. ft.)
  Maximum Booth Size: None

*NACS Supplier Membership Fee: $750.00 per year
