How to Exhibit

Exhibit Space Selection
All NACS Show booth space is sold on a first-received, first-assigned basis. Priority booth selection is given to companies based on membership status.

Booth selection is now open to all applicants. Reserve today and save! Waitlists have begun in the following areas: Merchandise, Candy & Snacks, Technology, Petroleum Equipment & Services. Contact your NACS Account Manager for waitlist details.

Booth Costs
$32.50 per sq ft - Member Rate (NACS* and PEI Members)
$42.50 per sq ft - Non-Member Rate
    Minimum Booth Size: 10’x10’ (100 sq. ft.)
    Maximum Booth Size: None
    *NACS Supplier Membership Fee: $750.00 per year

What is included?
• 3 complimentary booth personnel badges per 10'x10' (100 square feet) exhibit space
• Company listing in the NACS Show Program & Directory (if submitted by print deadline), Online Directory, and NACS Mobile App
• 8' high back drape and a 3' high side drape (For in-line booths only, color varies based on your show product area)
• 7" x 44" booth identification sign (In-line booths only) 
• Aisle carpet (color varies based on location). 

What is not included?
• Carpet is not included with your booth.  Booth carpeting/floor covering is mandatory and is the responsibility of the exhibiting company.  
• Furniture, utilities (electricity, internet, water, air, gas), and any other additional services should be purchased through vendors provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
