How to Exhibit
We expect the NACS Show 2010 to draw close to 22,000 total attendees and 1,200 exhibiting companies. The exhibit floor is organized into 6 main areas of exhibits (shows within a show) and exhibitors must choose to be in one of these six areas. Please note that at least 60% of the booth must contain applicable product to qualify for a specific area.

Booth Costs & General Information
$31.50 per sq ft – Member Rate (NACS* and PEI Members)
$41.50 per sq ft – Non-Member Rate
  Minimum Booth Size: 10’x10’ (100 sq. ft.)
  Maximum Booth Size: None
    *NACS Supplier Membership Fee:  $750.00 per year

These costs include the following:

  • 3 complimentary booth personnel badges per 10'x10' (100 square feet) exhibit space (registration available in mid-May 2010)
  • Company listing in the 2010 NACS Show Program & Directory and online directory
  • 8' high back drape and a 3' high side drape (For in-line booths only, color varies based on your show product area)
  • 7" x 44" booth identification sign (In-line booths only)
  • Aisle carpet (color varies based on location).
  • Carpet is not included with your booth. Booth carpeting/floor covering is mandatory and is the responsibility of the exhibiting company.
  • Furniture, utilities, and any other additional services are not included. These items should be purchased through vendors provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit (available online June 2010).


* 50% of the booth fee is due with the application by June 4, 2010. After June 4, 100% booth payment is due with the application.
