What comes standard with my 10’x10’ booth?
|
- 3 complimentary booth personnel badges per 10'x10' (100 square feet) exhibit space (registration available in mid-May 2009)
- Company listing in the 2009 NACS Show Program & Directory and NACS Connect
- 8' high back drape and a 3' high side drape (For in-line booths only, color varies based on your show product area)
- 7" x 44" booth identification sign (In-line booths only)
- Aisle carpet (color varies based on location).
- Carpet is not included with your booth. Booth carpeting/floor covering is mandatory and is the responsibility of the exhibiting company.
- Furniture, utilities, and any other additional services are not included. These items should be purchased through vendors provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit (available online June 2009).

What are the move-in and move-out times?
|
|
The NACS Show is a targeted show for move-in. For larger tradeshows, booths are assigned a targeted move-in time to facilitate the orderly arrival of freight and materials into the exhibit hall. Usually shipments received before or after this date are assessed a penalty charge. For the move-in time that applies to your specific booth please review the Color Coded Targeted Move-In Floor-Plan in the Shipping/Material Handling section of the service kit (available online June 2009).
The NACS Show exhibit hall closes at 3:00pm on Friday, October 23. For the safety of attendees, booth dismantling may not begin until 3:15pm. Exhibitors are reminded that it is against Exposition Rules and Regulations to move-out any display equipment or materials until the published move-out time. | |

Who needs to register for an Exhibitor Badge?
|
| Registration is required to attend workshops, which are separate from the NACS Show registration. Click here for registration form. |
| All personnel that need access to the show floor require an exhibitor badge. This includes, but is not limited to, representatives from the exhibiting company, outside sales representatives, models, entertainers, and costumed mascots. | |

How many complimentary booth personnel badges do I receive with my booth?
|
| Each exhibitor receives three (3) complimentary badges for every 100 square feet of space purchased. Complimentary badges only allow access to the exhibit hall during show hours, move-in, and move-out. Badges can be upgraded to allow seminar and workshop access for $200 per person. | |

How much does it cost for additional booth personnel badges?

| Each additional booth personnel badge over the complimentary allotment can be purchased for $95. | |

What time can exhibitors get on the floor during Show days?
|
|
Exhibitors are allowed on the Show floor during the following times if wearing an exhibitor* badge:
- Wednesday, October 21 10:00am - 6:30pm
- Thursday, October 22 10:00am - 6:30pm
- Friday, October 23 8:00am - midnight
Any person not wearing an exhibitor badge is not allowed in the hall outside of official Show hours. Manufacturer's representatives who have obtained their own (attendee) badges will not be allowed in the hall early. | |

Are there any exceptions to the booth height regulation?
|
| There are NO exceptions to any of the NACS Show Display Guidelines. Please make sure to review all restrictions for your specific booth type (i.e. booth height and layout, hanging signs, lighting, truss) to avoid any problems onsite. Contact your NACS account manager with any questions regarding display guidelines. | |
