Expo Hours & Install/Dismantle Schedule
October 14-17, 2017
The NACS Show has a targeted move-in schedule. All exhibitors will be assigned a move-in date and time based on their booth location. Advance warehouse freight shipments are not subject to target dates. Details will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit in July 2017.

Move-Out Schedule
October 20 – 23, 2017
Dismantle of the exhibits begins no earlier than 1:30pm on October 20. All exhibitor freight must be removed by 3:00pm on October 23.

Booth Costs

  • $35.00 per sq. ft. – Member Rate (NACS and PEI Members)
  • $49.00 per sq. ft. – Non-Member Rate

Minimum Booth Size: 10’x10’ (100 sq. ft.)          
Maximum Booth Size: None

NACS 2017 Supplier Membership Fee:  $1,100.00 per year

Current Floor Plans
Booth selection for NACS and PEI members will open in January based on priority points earned. View the 2017 floor plans below. Booths and expo layout will be updated daily beginning January 30, 2017.

Expo Layout - Product Areas
NACS has segmented the exhibit halls into five main categories to enable buyers to shop for products and services efficiently. Exhibiting suppliers must display at least 60% of product applicable for a specific area to qualify. View product categories associated with each area. The five product areas are:
