What is the NACS Show?

The NACS Show is the #1 buying show in the country according to Exhibit Surveys, Inc. and provides the most comprehensive representation of products and services for the convenience industry. Retailers come to the NACS Show to discover proven ideas and strategies that enable them to increase sales, attract new customers, build their brand and improve their bottom line. Suppliers exhibit at the Show to establish a presence in the convenience channel, obtain sales leads, increase product exposure and introduce new products. Last year, more than 22,000 people attended the NACS Show from 65 countries and more than 1,300 companies exhibited.

What is the cost to attend the NACS Show and how do I register?

What is the registration deadline?

For the most savings on registration, we encourage you to register by July 31, 2013 to receive our Super Saver rate. The Advance registration deadline is October 4, 2013 – after this date you must register onsite (and pay the onsite registration fees).

Do I have to be a NACS member to attend?

You do not have to be a NACS member to attend the Show. However, members do receive discounted registration rates. For more information on NACS Membership visit NACS Membership.

Can spouses attend the NACS Show?

Yes, all spouses are welcome to attend. They can register at the attendee spouse rate.

Are government rates available?

No, we do not offer government rates to attend the Show.

Are complimentary badges offered to prospective exhibitors?

Are children allowed on the Show floor?

Children 16 and older must be registered as an attendee for admission into the exposition. Children 15 and younger do not need to be registered in order to visit the Show floor. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the Show floor. Absolutely no one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the Show floor during move in and move out hours – this includes infants.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be received in writing and emailed or faxed to nacsregistration@epicreg.com or 1 (980) 233-3800. All cancellations received on or before September 10, 2013 will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. After September 10, 2013 the full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your company at any time without penalty.

Will I receive a confirmation/receipt of my registration?

Yes, confirmations (which also serve as your receipt) are sent via email within 2 working days of receiving your registration form. If you do not receive a confirmation please email nacsregistration@epicreg.com or call (800) 521-7621.

Will badges be mailed in advance of the NACS Show?

Yes, badges are mailed in advance to all attendees who register by August 31, 2013. You will need to bring your badge with you to the NACS Show and pick up a badge holder at one of our onsite Badge Holder Pick-Up locations. If you do not receive your badge in advance, please go to NACS Registration at the Georgia World Congress Center during registration hours.

How can I obtain a list of attendees?

An online attendee directory is available, which allows you to search by last name, company, title and region. A mailing list of NACS Show 2013 attendees is only available to current exhibitors. Exhibitors should refer to the Exhibitor Services Kit for an order form.

Is smoking allowed inside Georgia World Congress Center?

Smoking is not allowed in the GWCC.

What should I wear?

Business casual dress is appropriate for all events. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes as the Show floor is close to 1,000,000 gross square feet! The average temperatures in Atlanta in October are: High 72°F (22°C) and Low 56°F (13°C).

When and where is the Welcome Reception?

The Welcome Reception is a ticketed event. Please check back for more information regarding location and details.

When is the Opening General Session?

It will be on October 13, 10:00 am – 11:15 am.

When is the Closing General Session?

It will be on October 15, 8:00 am – 9:00 am.

How can I make a hotel reservation?

Do you offer shuttle service to the NACS Show?

Yes, shuttle service will be provided to and from the Georgia World Congress Center to most hotels in the NACS Show housing block with the exception of the following hotels (which are all within walking distance to the convention center).
