Booth Space Selection and Mailing Schedule
DECEMBER 2009 – Priority Pre-selection
Available to:  NACS Hunter Club and PEI Priority Club Members
Hunter Club and Priority Club Companies support NACS and PEI at a significantly higher dues level, and are afforded the opportunity for early booth selection.

FEBRUARY 2010 – Members Only
Available to:  NACS Supplier and PEI Members
NACS and PEI supplier members in good standing will receive the first mailing of the exhibitor prospectus and floor plan.  (All members as of January 1, 2010 will be included in this mailing.)

MARCH 2010 – Open to all applicants
Available to:  Open to all applicants
After priority pre-selection and current member space assignments, exhibit space sales will open up to all suppliers.

Copies of the exhibitor prospectus and booth selection materials will be sent out based on the applicant's membership status with NACS or PEI (see details above). Click here to be added to the mailing list.

Booth Costs
$31.50 per sq ft – Member Rate (NACS* and PEI Members)
$41.50 per sq ft – Non-Member Rate
  Minimum Booth Size: 10’x10’ (100 sq. ft.) 
  Maximum Booth Size: None
    *NACS Supplier Membership Fee:  $750.00 per year
