The Toolkit lays out achievable goals with projects for immediate action, for medium term refit improvements and for long-term strategic planning and new build guidelines. It covers refrigeration, lighting, building construction,water,HVAC, forecourt innovations, energy management systems, alternative power sources, partnership opportunities, staff engagement and training, how to effectively link with your local community and make sure your customers value the changes you have made.
