ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- The 21st edition of the NACS Convenience & Petroleum Retailing Fact Book of Historical Data Through 2007 is now available.
The NACS Fact Book provides a detailed statistical account of industry data over the past several years -- or in some cases, decades -- as well as a historical recap of the industry and key definitions and events that have shaped it.
Based on more than 30 years of data from the NACS State of the Industry reports, the Fact Book CD-ROM includes a chapter on the history of the convenience store industry. The latest edition of the Fact Book provides new data on the industry, as well as data that goes back as far as the 1950s. The CD-ROM also includes a chapter on the history of the convenience store industry detailing its growth from its founding in 1927.
"This publication provides the most historical and comprehensive data of its kind, representing the dynamic and growing convenience store industry," said NACS Director of Research and Statistics Bob Swanson
