NACS Leadership Executive Program to Feature Top PepsiCo Executive 

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Tom Greco, president of PepsiCo Sales, will discuss the leadership lessons he has learned during his 23-year tenure with the company at the NACS Leadership Executive Program, which will take place August 2 to 6, 2009, at Cornell University.
 
Greco has held numerous leadership positions at PepsiCo, beginning in 1986 at Frito-Lay, and is responsible for driving the company’s successful “Power of One” cross-divisional sales strategy, leveraging the combined strengths and capabilities of all its businesses under a unified approach to customers.
 
Greco joins a prestigious list of industry and business leaders who will be speaking at this year’s event, including NACS Chairman Sonja Hubbard of E-Z Mart Stores Inc., Nice N Easy Grocery Shoppes President John MacDougall and NYU professor of business and program favorite Michael Feiner.

Enrollment for this year’s program is competitive and limited to just 30 individuals from NACS retail member companies. Participants must complete a 360-degree feedback process prior to arriving on campus and therefore must register by July 3.
