Christopher Rapanick Joins CSX as a Sales Consultant

ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- NACS announced that Chris Rapanick has joined it staff as a sales consultant for CSX.

CSX, which NACS acquired in 2007, is the largest purpose-built, online database of financial and operating data in the convenience and petroleum retailing industry. More than one-fifth of the top 100 convenience store chains in the United States currently use CSX for benchmarking of monthly industry trends. CSX also is the engine that drives the NACS State of the Industry (SOI) database.

Rapanick has nearly 20 years experience in the retail sector. He most recently served as district sales manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises, the world’s largest distributor of Coca-Cola products. Prior to that, Rapanick served in multiple positions, including as a store manager, for Food Lion LLC, which operates 1,300 supermarkets in the United States. Rapanick earned an A.S. in business administration from Tidewater Community College, and a B.S. in business administration and M.B.A. in finance and corporate strategy from Old Dominion University. He is a resident of Chesapeake, Va.
