LAS VEGAS – On the final day of the NACS Show 2006, the association named six new retail members elected to serve on its Board of Directors.

The new retail members who will serve on the NACS Board are:

• Masa Asakura, executive vice president and COO of 7-Eleven Inc. (Dallas, TX)
• Hagop (Jack) Kofdarali, president of J&R Investments (Corona, CA)
• Alvin New, president and CEO of Town & Country Food Stores Inc (San Angelo, TX)
• Eduardo Padilla, CEO of Cadena Comercial Oxxo S.A. de C.V. (Monterrey, Mexico)
• Tom Robinson, CEO of Robinson Oil Corp. (San Jose, CA)
• David Sutton, CEO of Tiger Fuel Co. (Charlottesville, VA)

A member-driven organization, NACS is lead by a 42-member Board of Directors. Forty industry retailers are elected to the Board, including two retailers from non-North American countries. In addition, the chairman and chairman-elect of the NACS Supplier Board serve on the Board of Directors.

The NACS Show 2007 will take place November 6 to 9 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
