“Turning Data into Dollars” focuses on topics such as managing shelf space, the anatomy of a promotion and data-driven decisions. By using real-world case study examples and group exercises, participants will learn more about the tools they need to carry out a successful category management program. The advanced program also builds on the knowledge provided from the introductory program and the NACS Category Management Framework.
