ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Beginning today, retailers who are planning to attend the NACS Show, or those who have already registered, can start to create their personal roadmap to the Show by logging on to the new Web-based solution, NACS Show Connect.
NACS Show Connect is a free service that can be accessed at the NACS Show Web site. The online tool kicks off today with access to the customized Attendee Justification Report feature. Based on search criteria keyed in by users, the feature allows attendees to create a personalized report that specifies exhibiting companies, educational sessions and other Show events that closely match the objectives each user has identified. All features available through NACS Show Connect will become available on August 15.
Preliminary information provided during the registration process and in the Attendee Justification Report will also be included in each attendee’s personal profile. As attendees search for products and services, events and educational sessions taking place at this year’s NACS Show, those search results will be added to their own personal event planner. At any time users can log on to NACS Show Connect to review and revise their event planners. The online tool provides detailed information about each exhibiting company and in the coming weeks a map of the expo floor featuring corresponding booth numbers will be available.
The NACS Show 2006 will take place October 8 to 11 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. As the NACS Show draws closer, the Show Web site will feature the latest information on exhibitors, new products, speakers, educational sessions and networking events.
Full registration is $275 for NACS members and includes admission to the General Sessions, educational sessions, expo and the Welcome Reception. For non-members, the registration rate is $425. After August 15, other rates will apply for one-day or expo-only registrants.
By registering online, and as early as possible, attendees can receive the maximum discounted rate available. Plus, they can save time and avoid long lines by receiving their badges and materials in advance.
