Hunter Club membership is a distinct category of NACS membership that provides numerous exclusive benefits designed to meet the needs of companies that seek an enhanced presence in the convenience and petroleum channel. Exclusive benefits of this top-tier membership include access to several key events throughout the year, advance selection of convention exhibit booth space and complimentary show attendance lists. Industry suppliers that support NACS at a higher dues level also receive year round recognition for their extra commitment to the overall objectives of NACS.

One executive from each Gold Hunter Club company will enjoy a dinner reception and golf in Northern Virginia. Day two will include a dinner reception with our NACSPAC 5 star members in a special setting.
Gold Hunter Club members will be extended one invitation to join a Retail Board lunch. In 2009, an invitation to join the retail board will occur during our State of the Industry event in Chicago. A second Invitation to join the Retail Board will occur during their dinner in Washington, D.C. , in September at the Congress of Committees (retail board meetings).
NACS will provide an overview of what is happening at the retail level in the convenience channel using CSX and other data sources. One complimentary presentation will be offered to Gold and Silver members. Additional presentations for Gold and Silver members as well as presentations for Bronze members are $2,500. Presentations must be coordinated in advance and may be arranged for executive or functional department staff at a location of your choice. Custom, consultative research presentations are available. All Hunter Club members will receive NACS State of the Industry reports in hard copy and a CD Fact Book. Gold Hunter Club members receive 5 copies, Silver receive 3 and Bronze receive 1. The reports are mailed in mid- summer and the Fact Books are mailed in the fall. All members may contact our research team at any time for data explanation and/or for formatted data to help with research for your presentations. Gold, Silver and then Bronze Hunter Club members are able to select prime booth space at both NACS Show and NACStech before all other exhibitors. NACS Show booth selection for 2010 occurs in December 2009 via conference call with NACS staff. NACStech booth selection for 2010 occurs during set appointment times during the NACS Show 2009. All Hunter Club members will receive two pre-Show and one post-Show electronic attendee lists to help with your targeted marketing campaigns.
All Hunter Club exhibiting companies receive concierge level service and 10% off Freeman services (an official NACS Show vendor) including: Audio Visual Work, Furniture, Carpet, Graphics, Installation and Dismantle Supervision, Installation and Dismantle Labor, Exhibit Transportation, Rental Displays and Cleaning. Freeman guarantee early move in and move out for the Show and will not charge for any off target charges if you miss your target move in/out times. This benefit has potential for thousands of dollars in savings.
All Hunter Club exhibitors will receive a complimentary Mystery Shopping report executed by a professional mystery shopper vendor who specializes in verbal and non-verbal behavior, and booth build/design (ease of navigation). Reports will include retailer exit interviews. The reports are designed to help strengthen your ROI when you exhibit at the NACS Show and other industry events. Reports will be sent via email to all key contacts approximately one month after the Show.
Gold, Silver and then Bronze Hunter Club members have priority order on Show hotel room reservations before any other supplier attendees. Notifications for rooms will go out mid to late February 2009. This benefit includes up to 10 rooms in the HQ hotel, Las Vegas Hilton, pending availability (retail groups choose first followed by Hunter Club and then regular supplier members.) General Housing for regular supplier members opens in April.
Hunter Club members receive a discount on the BDMetrics’ lead generation tool, eventLeads™. eventLeads, formerly SmartBooth™, is an online marketing tool that enables you to increase your company’s branding and exposure while maximizing lead generation at the NACS Show. Every retailer receives a login to NACS Show Connect, the Show’s online portal and search engine. Gold members receive a 15% discount; Silver receive 10% and Bronze receive 5%.
Gold Hunter Club members only- Your CEO will receive an invitation to join a private dinner and reception during the NACS Show where they will join NACS President & CEO, Hank Armour, along with CEOs from leading retailer companies. This exclusive event helps forge relationships in an intimate setting. A sampling of recent retail CEOs in attendance included Joseph DePinto of 7-Eleven, Kyle Krause of Kum & Go, Stan Sheetz of Sheetz and Gary Arthur of Valero.
This upgrade benefit includes entry into the Hunter Club Lounge; admission to the two General Sessions; entry to all workshops and attendance at the Welcome Reception. The Lounge is an upscale meeting place and respite from the Show floor that serves hot breakfast and lunch daily. Two semi-private meeting spaces are available. Hunter Club members, NACSPAC 5 Star donors, Retail Board and past board presidents may enjoy the lounge.
All Hunter Club companies will receive credit towards the purchase of select marketing options. Gold members receive $2,500, Silver receive $1,500 and Bronze receive $1,000.
