Your company is a non-member, or your membership status with NACS is inactive or expired, and this section requires you to be a NACS member.
The following could be happening:

When registering for your username and password, you did not associate yourself with your company.

Your company is not a member of NACS and/or is not in our database.

Your company's membership has expired. Companies are required to renew their NACS membership every year.
