NACS from the Past: Repeat Performance
In 1976, developing a profitable foodservice program was a topic in NACS “Ideas Ideas” program, which highlighted a case study of the National Convenience Stores’ Stop ‘N Go stores. The retailer set out to grow its foodservice business with a simple premise: “Repeat business is the key to increased sales and a truly superior and unusual product should bring the customer back.” After 35 years, not much has changed.
