Participants arrive in Atlanta and check into the Omni Hotel by 3 pm prior to the first day of class. The Class Orientation and Meet and Greet begins at 4:30 pm. Attendance is mandatory.


Classes begin at 8:30 am daily. Breakfast and lunch will be given at the Georgia World Congress Center to attendees, but dinner is the participant’s responsibility. There is nightly reading, team activities, and homework.

Day One

  • Foodservice Systems
  • Menu Management
  • Hospitality & Customer Service
  • Foodservice Personnel Management
  • Motivating and Retaining Employees

Day Two

  • Foodservice Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Troubleshooting
  • Food Safety and Sanitation
  • Dispensed Beverage Management and Marketing

Day Three

  • Growing Foodservice in Convenience Retailing
  • Foodservice Equipment M&R
  • Manager as Leader / Wrap-up
  • CCFM Examination

The examination typically requires 60 to 90 minutes to complete. Participants flying into Atlanta should not plan a return flight earlier than 7:30 pm.
