Hotel Reservations

For room reservations, contact the Intercontinental Chicago O'Hare at (800) 341-7949. Reference the group code "NACS" to obtain the group rate of $182 per night single/double plus tax.
Reservation deadline is March 11, 2012.

Registration Fees

Registration for the NACS State of the Industry Summit is complimentary for up to three individuals per retail member company if your company submits data for the NACS State of the Industry Survey by March 23, 2012. The survey form is available online at nacsonline.com/soisurvey. For retail firms seeking to register more than three attendees, additional attendees may be registered for $299 per person (after the first three registrants).

If your company chooses not to share data, the minimum registration fee will be $999. The $999 fee will allow up to three people to attend from your company. Additional attendees will be $299 per person. All attendees must be employees of the NACS member company. Company consultants, bankers, and company board members are not eligible to participate.

Most prior attendees to the NACS State of the Industry Summit will not be affected by this change in registration as they are already participants in the survey process. Please Note: CSX and Study Group subscribers need only fill out a brief demographic survey to receive the complimentary registration. By encouraging all attendees to share data, NACS hopes to deliver better metrics.

Credit card information must be included below in order to process this form, but your card will not be charged until after the March 23 deadline for sharing data.

Become a Friend of NACS

By agreeing to become an individual member of NACS (a Friend of NACS), you will have the right to vote for a designated representative on the NACS Board of Directors and will receive a complimentary subscription to NACS Magazine and the NACS Daily e-newsletter. There are no dues associated with a Friends of NACS individual membership. Your membership expires on December 31 of each year and you will automatically be sent a simple electronic renewal notice. Should you need to cancel your registration, please do so by March 28th. Cancellations must be sent in writing to aburke@nacsonline.com

If submitting electronically, include full name in signature box. By doing so you agree to pay up to $999 if required. The submitter of this form agrees to accept and pay all applicable charges, including adjustments to reflect correction of arithmetical errors as well as all per event costs, based on the events chosen and your company's current membership status with the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS). Your company must be a member of NACS at the time of the event in order to participate. Moreover, the submitter specifically authorizes NACS to charge any such amounts to the credit card referenced on this form.
