Supervisors as Leaders
Supervisors are that critical link between a company's top executives and the people who deliver the shopping experience. Supervisors are in a key position to create profitable, high performance store teams.
The NACS Leadership Challenge provides an exceptional development opportunity for an industry supervisor to achieve critical business outcomes. The intense leadership curriculum and the learning community of industry peers provide an experience that cannot be matched by a company's internal employee development programs or other leadership development programs that serve a generic target audience. The Glen Douglas Group provides instruction, bringing to the program twenty-nine years of experience in helping clients maximize their return on investments in human capital.
Building Store-Level Performance
The Hershey Company's financial support of the NACS Leadership Challenge makes this industry-specific leadership program for supervisors affordable. With The Hershey Company's financial support, program tuition is $2,595 and includes instruction and materials; housing and scheduled meals during the five days at the Airlie Conference Center; and a complimentary registration for the NACS Show.
