NACS will arrange single accommodation for check-in on Sunday, March 21, 2010 and check-out on March 26, 2010. There are cabins for double occupancy if you would like to room near a colleague. There are no available accommodations before or after those dates at that location. If you need to arrive early or leave later, please contact Jenn Makarsky at (703) 518-4295.
The Ranch is about an hour away from the airport. NACS will provide a shuttle bus that will pick up participants up outside of the Hyatt Grand Hotel Entrance in Terminal D. The pick-up time will be 1:30 PM. There will be only one shuttle bus that will take participants to the ranch. Once accepted into the program, NACS will contact you regarding details of your arrival and departure.
If driving to the ranch, please use the below directions. Do not use Mapquest as a search! If you have any questions regarding driving directions, please contact Garrett Creek directly at 940-433-2055.

From Dallas—Take state highway 114 West just north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. FOLLOW ALL SIGNS TO BRIDGEPORT. Proceed to Step 5.

From Fort Worth—Take state highway 81/287 North to Rhome. Proceed to Step 5.

From Frisco—Take the Dallas North Tollway and follow signs to Denton. Go to Step 4.

From Denton—Take 380 West to Decatur. Take highway 287 South approximately 1 mile. Exit to highway 51 South. At highway 114, turn left (east) and go 1/10 mile. Take first right. Follow GCR directional signs.

At Rhome highway 114 west connects with highway 81/287north to form a by-pass around Rhome. Watch for the highway 114 west exit to Bridgeport to the right. After exiting, turn left at the first intersection, which is highway 114 west to Bridgeport, crossing over highway 81/287.

You will pass under a yellow flashing light 5.0 miles west of Boyd. Watch for the red, white, and black Garrett Creek Ranch billboard on right side of highway 114, approximately one mile past the flashing light.

1/4 mile past the billboard is your next left turn. Watch carefully so you don't miss it. If you pass the highway 51 North/114 intersection, you've gone too far. Only 5 miles to go!

When you've gone 1.2 miles, the road dead ends. Turn right and follow Garrett Creek Ranch arrows.

Go .2 miles and make a left turn and follow the Garrett Creek Ranch arrows.

Go 1.1 miles and the road dead ends. Turn left and follow the Garrett Creek Ranch arrows.

Go .5 miles, traveling over two small bridges.

With the small red brick house on your left, make a right turn and follow GCR arrows. Two miles straight ahead is beautiful Garrett Creek Ranch.

When you see the red caboose at the Garrett Creek Ranch gate, turn right. Follow the road to our conference center. Welcome to Garrett Creek Ranch!

ON YOUR RETURN to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport or Dallas, east of Rhome the road splits into state highway 81/287 to Fort Worth and state highway 114 to Dallas. Keep right on state highway 114. At Grapevine, stay on state highway 114 going east to Dallas (DO NOT take state highway 114 Business to Grapevine).

once in Decatur, take Highway 51 South approximately 11 miles to 114 East, go 1/10 mile. Take first right and follow directional signs to GCR.
