Josh Norris is part of the employee benefits practice group for Fisher & Phillips in their Atlanta office. Josh represents employers in connection with 401(k) and welfare plan government audits, and he regularly deals with plan correction programs established by the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor. Josh also advises plan fiduciaries with respect to their obligations under ERISA, and he conducts reviews of benefit plans and plan procedures to ensure legal compliance. Josh has also authored numerous articles concerning emerging issues in employee benefits.

Tom Rebel is a partner in the Atlanta and Fort Lauderdale offices. He practices extensively in the areas of wage and hour, affirmative action, education and disability law. He has also handled many NLRA matters, including representation and unfair labor practice cases, and matters arising under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. He is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, he has authored articles on preemption under ERISA, and he was co-editor of a compendium of labor and employment articles for the National Association of College and University Attorneys. He is a frequent lecturer to industry groups on various labor and employment topics. John has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for wage-hour matters for the State of Georgia.
