A passport valid for at least 6 months past your expected arrival date into Brazil is required for all visitors.
Citizens from certain countries, including the US, are required to obtain a visa in order to enter Brazil.
Per Brazilian Consulate instructions, conference attendees should apply for a Tourist Visa.
Once a visa is issued, its bearer must enter Brazil within 90 days from the date that it was issued.
Brazilian visas must be obtained in advance from the Brazilian Embassy or consulate nearest to the traveler's place of residence. Click here to complete your visa application before visiting the consulate. If you are unable to visit the consulate in person, you may pay a private visa service/visa agency such as Travel Visa Pro or VisaHQ.com to help process your application.
If an invitation letter from NACS is required to obtain your visa, please click here to complete an invitation letter request form. You must be registered and fully paid for the conference before a letter will be sent to you. If your visa application is denied,
email us a copy of the denial before May 25, 2012 and your registration fee will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation charge.
