Participants will explore how the Walt Disney World Resort focuses its Cast Members (employees) on a single vision of quality service and how this vision is maintained in a rapidly changing and competitive environment. With a balanced combination of classroom learning and field experiences at the Magic Kingdom Theme Park, participants will explore their own leadership styles and its relation to employee and customer loyalty

The Leadership Executive Program is designed for mid- to senior-level retail management preparing to take on key leadership roles in retail companies. This program gives participants the leadership skills needed to successfully respond to the challenges of a competitive marketplace.
The Yates Scholarship helps developing retail leaders, particularly those at the store level, by providing them with $3,000 for costs of under-graduate career education, attendance at the NACS Show and more.
This competitive program is for individuals from NACS retail and supplier member companies, under the age of 36 who have the desire to share their ideas on a global level.
