NACS Introduction to Category Management Seminar: Turning Plans into Action
May 19-20, 2010
Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa
San Diego, CA

The NACS Introduction to Category Management: Turning Plans into Action will focus on why it is important to create a strategy that effectively manages a category, from start to implementation.  Success in the marketing process is a product of a solid plan and great execution.  No plan, no matter how well thought out it might be, is going to be successful unless it is properly implemented and executed.  The program will utilize the industry-specific NACS Category Management Framework.
