DUBLIN and STOCKHOLM – Renowned Irish and Swedish convenience stores are on the itinerary for the 2016 NACS Insight Convenience Summit – Europe event. CSE attendees will be able to visit innovative stores in the Dublin and Stockholm markets, champions of healthy and quality quick-food trends.

“Stockholm store visits are available for event attendees at the front end of Convenience Summit – Europe,” said Insight Managing Director Dan Munford. “Scandinavia has always been a popular location for convenience retailers looking to benchmark against some of the best operators in the world.”

He added that Sweden is a fascinating market, on track to becoming the world’s first cashless society. “We're excited to be able to offer our international retailer guests hosted visits to leading retailers like Statoil, Pressbyran (Reitan) [and] Espresso House, to name a few,” Mundord said.

Convenience Summit – Europe includes Dublin store visits later in the event. “I've been to see the latest developments in this always-innovative market, [and] I couldn't be happier with our plans,” Mundord added.

The conference will launch in Stockholm, June 5-7, 2016, and then move on to London for June 8-9. Dublin store tours will take place June 10-11. For more information on the Convenience Summit – Europe and a full schedule of events, click here.
