Be a Part of the Industry’s Most Comprehensive Compensation Report

HR professionals can benefit from critical benchmarking data, but we need your help.

November 21, 2014

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Each year, NACS publishes its annual State of the Industry Compensation Report, providing critical benchmarking data and standards in the key human resource categories of compensation, turnover and benefits. The report breaks down the latest available convenience store and fuel retailing industry benchmark data and is considered an essential guide for HR professionals to help ensure their company’s competitive position relative to the industry.

For nearly 40 years, companies have relied on this report for the most accurate snapshot of salaries and wages, turnover rates, employee health-care coverage and other benefit metrics across the convenience channel. The insights provided can help senior executives and HR professionals set new fiscal year priorities, compare their workforce investments against the industry and better understand some of the underlying drivers of their company’s performance.

While the report will not be published until early spring 2015, NACS is collecting the industry data now — and your company can be a part of the process. In fact, we cannot do it without your input! It’s simple to participate and the results can be invaluable for your business, helping you develop a more competitive compensation strategy to attract, engage and retain top talent.

Additionally, all data submitted in the survey is treated confidentially, used in aggregate with data from other submitting firms. All survey participants will receive a complimentary industry analysis and a copy of the published report (a $275 value).

Participating is easy! The 2014 Compensation Report Survey can be completed online, using a link that can be shared with team members to divide and conquer various sections. Click here to access the survey and get started today! All responses must be completed by Monday, January 5, 2015.

If you have questions about the survey (including alternative methods of submission) or would like to inquire about the benefits of participating, please contact Stephan Mecklenburg, NACS research coordinator, at smecklenburg@nacsonline.com or (703) 518-4274.
