WASHINGTON – On Wednesday, Oct. 29, the FDA Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) will host the latest session in its series of Tobacco Compliance Webinars.

The webinar series, which began in 2010, is designed to provide FDA tobacco compliance education and information to retailers and small businesses. Wednesday’s webinar, which will take place at 2 pm (EDT), will include an update on Substantial Equivalence (SE) reports and a discussion of the recently published final guidance on grandfathered tobacco products. The guidance provides information on what is needed to demonstrate that a tobacco product was commercially marketed in the United States as of February 15, 2007.
