Budweiser Unveils Three New Project 12 Brews

Project 12 to launch three new beers named for the zip codes where they were brewed.

ST. LOUIS – Budweiser's Project 12 — the innovative program that previously produced Budweiser Black Crown — will launch three new beers, beginning October 28, named after the zip codes where they are being produced.

"Our brewmasters are the best in the business and the quality of our brewing standards is unmatched," said Brian Perkins, vice president, Budweiser. "'Project 12' showcases our brewmasters at the top of their game, challenging them to create new recipes that stay true to the Budweiser taste profile while also introducing unique, new flavors."

The three new beer include:

  • Batch 94534 (Fairfield, Calif.): A 5.5% ABV with a distinct taste of the American Northwest.
  • Batch 23185 (Williamsburg, VA): A 5.5% ABV light amber lager.
  • Batch 43229 (Columbus, Ohio): A 6% ABV deep amber lager.
