WASHINGTON – Here’s one way to get your brand in front of the customer: open a temporary restaurant featuring only your products in an affluent Washington, D.C., neighborhood.

Sabra Dipping Company’s pop-up restaurant, which opened for business in Georgetown yesterday, will stay open through October 26. Hummus House features “fresh, flavorful dishes designed to delight the senses” and former “Next Food Network Star” contestant and D.C. chef Mary Beth Albright will run the kitchen.

The Washington Post writes that dishes will feature Sabra’s hummus, guacamole, salsas and Greek yogurt dips. Hummus House will also donate $25,000 to the National Future Farmers of America scholarship program.
