Kangaroo Express Celebrates National Coffee Day

The North Carolina-based convenience retailer is helping customers celebrate National Coffee Day on September 29 with a cup of Bean Street Coffee for just one cent.

CARY, N.C. – Kangaroo Express, operated by The Pantry Inc., announced that it is celebrating National Coffee Day on Sept. 29 by offering a 12 oz. Bean Street Coffee for just one penny to guests at its more than 1,550 Kangaroo Express convenience stores.

The offer is good between 8 am and 12 pm on Sunday, Sept. 29. Paired with Kangaroo Express' breakfast offerings including donuts, pastries and the new Jimmy Dean Sausage and Biscuit Bun at grill-ready stores, guests can enjoy a “centsible” and satisfying breakfast.

Kangaroo Express is keeping the coffee deals brewing all season long with the 2013 Roo Mug, available in stores starting Monday, Sept. 30. The reusable coffee mug retails for just $6.99, plus tax, and can be refilled for 50 cents, plus tax, through the end of March. Guests who purchase a Roo Mug Sept. 30 through Oct. 4 will also receive a free Jimmy Dean Sausage and Biscuit Bun at grill-ready stores.

A seasonal favorite of guests, pumpkin spice cappuccino is being served up hot at Kangaroo Express stores through the end of October.
