NEWPORT, R.I. – The Connecticut Energy Marketers Association (CEMA) has again teamed up with the Massachusetts Energy Marketers Association (MEMA) and the Oil Heat Institute of Rhode Island (OHIRI) in hosting the Southern New England Energy Conference.

This year’s conference, taking place Sept. 22–23 in Newport, R.I., will feature 29 education sessions for heating fuel and motor fuels/c-store marketers, the vast majority of which have never been presented at another energy conference. Eric Slifka, CEO of Global Companies, will deliver the conference keynote on New England energy markets. Twenty vendor companies will also be on-hand to showcase their latest products and services to attendees.

The conference’s motor fuels and c-store track will include sessions on “C-Store Innovation from Around the Nation,” presented by NACS Vice President of Member Services Michael Davis, and “Federal Update on C-Stores and Motor Fuels” with Dan Gilligan of PMAA.
