OKLAHOMA CITY – Love’s Travel Stops employees and customers are showing a lot of heart for local sick and injured kids with the return of their annual in-store fundraiser for Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals. Now through September 23, those who donate a $1, $5 or $20 paper heart icon at the register will directly help the nearest CMN Hospital fund vital treatments, equipment, therapy programs and charitable care.

“The dedication Love’s team members have for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals during our campaign each year is truly an inspiration,” said Jenny Love Meyer, Love’s vice president of communications, in a press release. “They are devoted to making a difference for the children in their communities that need our help.”

Since 1999, Love’s Travel Stops has raised more than $7 million through their campaign as well as additional fundraising events that include bake sales, cook-offs, pumping gas for kids and other employee-driven events. As with all Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals register fundraisers, all donations made local will stay local.

“It’s the power of impassioned Love’s locations and teams that has resulted in thousands of dollars raised at each store every year. We’re excited to see the love for our hospitals this summer and fall,” said John Lauck, president and CEO of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
