PHILADELPHIA – From high fives to bicep curls with milk jugs and practicing a pass rush in the aisle (with a child), one slightly overbearing Wawa employee at the coffee bar had just about everyone fooled.

Brent Celek, the tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles, went undercover at a Wawa store as an overbearing employee, striking up random conversation, greeting customers filling up on Wawa coffee, and even hinting at his other day job.

With less than one month before the NFL season begins, one customer caught on to the undercover employee. “Are you a football player?” the customer asked. “Yeah,” Celek replied. “I play pick-up football with my friends.”
