August 06, 2010

ST LOUIS - Beginning August 16, Landshire Inc. will be the primary packaged sandwich company for all of the approximately 600 ExxonMobil owned and operated convenience stores across the country. Landshire sandwiches will be distributed through McLane Distribution in 14 markets across the United States, including Chicago, San Antonio, Miami, and California.

Landshire sandwiches take the place of Deli Express, which had been in the ExxonMobil stores for numerous years through McLane Distribution.

Landshire is putting into all of the locations their new Select Wedges (which includes the Roast Beef and Turkey with Pepper Jack cheese on a Honey Wheat Berry Bread), along with a variety of other Wedges, including the Triple Wedges and Red Packaging Wedges, and will have in some locations the Nike - Poor Boy and Grinder subs.

The program rollout will take place over the next three weeks, with Landshire reps going to each of the approximately 600 locations to fill initial orders of sandwiches, re-tag the coolers, and show the store personnel the new plan-o-grams for the cooler sets.
