HOUSTON - ConocoPhillips has joined the Kickback Points Coalition Loyalty Program. This program will offer Phillips 66, Conoco and 76-branded retailers a turnkey and cost effective loyalty solution. Participating consumers can earn and redeem points instantly for fuel and merchandise purchases at participating Phillips 66, Conoco and 76-branded sites as well as other participating coalition sites.

The Kickback Points Coalition Loyalty Program will deliver state-of-the-art customer relationship management tools, highly personalized rewards, and real-time program reporting. The program??s flexibility allows participating retailers to identify their most loyal customers and engage them through customized offerings.

"Ten years ago, I developed this program in response to big-box retailers entering my market and steeply discounting gasoline. The program allowed me to remain competitive in the market by providing my customers with a more compelling value proposition," said Pat Lewis, CEO of Kickback Points, LLC.

"This program is particularly appealing because it was developed to improve site profitability. It was created by a petroleum retailer for a petroleum retailer. The simplicity and flexibility of the program makes it attractive to both single site operators and multi-site chains," said Mike Krampf, ConocoPhillips brand value manager.

ConocoPhillips will introduce the Kickback Points Coalition Loyalty Program starting with sites on the West Coast in the third-quarter 2011.
