Community Coffee Launches New Teas

Company unveils two new summer iced tea flavors at the National Restaurant Association Show.

CHICAGO - Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based Community Coffee Company unveiled two new iced tea flavors at the 2012 National Restaurant Association Show earlier this week.

Community Green Tea with Lemon includes a splash of lemon and naturally occurring antioxidants, while Skinny Sweet includes orange pekoe and cut black teas, along with half the calories of traditional sweet tea. Both will be available for distribution later this month.

"For 93 years, our company has prided itself on only serving the freshest, quality coffee," said Mike Bourgeois, vice president of coffee service division at Community Coffee Company. "We??re pleased to be able to expand our iced tea line to provide a full array of tea and coffee beverages to America??s restaurants, hotels, offices and more."

Community Coffee Company??s foodservice customers responded enthusiastically to the new offerings.
